124th Amendment Constitution Bill 2019

Central Government ought to have completed its homework on 124th Amendment Constitution Bill 2019. Such type of suggestions have been given by several parliamentarians during the discussion on the same subject in both houses Upper and Lower. Was it really missed by Central Government? Was it really Chunavi Stunt as a segment of people, specialist, media .... and others said? Was the Government (BJP) feared by the results of recently passed election? Was the Government hurried? So, it became subject of discussion without legislative scrutiny. The Government didn't think to send it to Standing Committee of Parliament for their consideration. I think, it is not true. It is neither the subject of hurried nor Chunavi Stunt. It is a subject of Brahmanical sly trick because casteist domain of the Government and ''Others" know, if it will become subject of examination or will be tied on criterion of the legality then this Bill will be rejected on that place and will not be part of Parliamentary discussion because 'reservation' is not the subject of "Income" it is the subject of "Representation" and "Exploitation from the years". The 'Brahmanical set-up' know this hard truth. That's why Government bring it in the last session of last year of the governing period. Some parliamentarians said that Government did not do anything since last fifty seven months. I think, Government was waiting for the last year, last session from long time. Clever brilliant Congresi (pseudo Brahmanic) are the real hero of this draconian Bill.
So, I congratulate to Congres Pary, not to the BJP because personally, I believe that intellectual of BJP can't do such type of act without help of Clever brilliant Congresi (pseudo Brahmanic).
Generally, I am not against any policy, who made for poor. I believe that this Bill is not the treatment of the economic problem in right manner.
